Overview

Vision: abundant software creation through yield-funded AI compute.

The Problem

Software creation is bottlenecked by human capital. Despite advances in AI-assisted development, the world still operates on a scarcity model: hiring engineers, managing teams, shipping slowly. Great ideas die in backlogs. Entire categories of software never get built because the economics don't justify the cost.

The 100X Thesis

What happens when holding a stablecoin funds AI agents to build software, and the community holding it decides what gets built?

100X is a compute endowment. A permanently accumulating reserve whose yield funds AI-powered software development. Users mint CPT (a compute-backed stablecoin), hold it for access to protocol-built software, use it to coordinate what gets built, and stake it to earn yield from software revenue.

Hold CPT. Access software. Stake in causes. Earn from what ships.

Core Principles

  • Abundance over scarcity: Software should be as cheap to create as it is to copy. AI compute makes this possible.
  • Community-directed: CPT holders vote on what gets built and stake into causes they believe in. Stakers gain amplified voting power and higher revenue share, rewarding long-term commitment over short-term speculation.
  • Yield-funded compute: CPT reserves generate yield through diversified strategies. The yield pays for AI compute. The reserve operates like an endowment, growing permanently and funding increasingly more output as AI costs decline.
  • Hold for access: Access to protocol-built software is gated by CPT holdings, not subscriptions, not invoices, just holding. Core versions are open source. Pro features and API access require holding above a threshold.
  • Permissionless participation: Anyone can mint CPT, vote on ideas, stake into causes, and use the software that gets built.

What Gets Built

100X organises development around causes, broad categories like Developer Tools, DeFi Infrastructure, AI/ML Tooling, or Consumer Apps. Within each cause, CPT holders vote on specific ideas. Ideas that receive enough community support are built by agent swarms, each led by a specialist human operator with deep expertise in that vertical, during structured sprint cycles.

The result is a continuous pipeline of open-source and commercial software, funded by yield, built by AI, and directed by the community.
